Few things symbolize minimalistic design better than glass railings. If you have a view you want to preserve from your balcony, you definitely want glass railings. If you're trying to open up your living space or outdoor patio, you might want to consider installing glass railings where needed. If you're renovating your home and you're truly looking to make a statement, you might want to think about incorporating glass railings where needed.
The best thing about glass railings are their versatility. We offer 5 different styles of glass railings, all of which differ significantly from one another in terms of looks. If you prefer your railings feature as little metal as possible, we can make that happen. Or if you prefer your railings boast a healthy balance between metal and glass components, we can accomplish that as well as everything in between. You just let us know what you want and we'll try and make that a reality. But instead of just talking about how many styles of glass rails we offer, let's actually discuss them briefly....
First, we start with framed glass railings. Framed glass railings are constructed by housing glass panels inside specially constructed aluminum box frames. By far the best option for those who wish to incorporate a healthy amount of metal in their glass railings. Also our most economical style of glass railing for those who are on a budget.
If you want see a bit less metal, consider using channel-mounted glass railings instead, where glass panels sit snugly inside stainless steel or aluminum channels anchored against the ground. This style of railing is acutally quite popular for those looking for a style of railing that stays faithful to the modern aesthetic.
You still insist on using even less metal in your glass railings? All right, how about you look at talon glass railings instead. Instead of a metal channel that spans the entire length of the railing, we have visually appealing glass clamps that sit directly on the ground and are designed to hold the glass panels in place with pressure.
If you prefer to have your glass panels hanging off the ground though, post-mounted glass railings are the way to go. Post-mounted glass railings involve glass panels be securely suspended off the ground in between posts. Specially-engineered glass clips are used here to anchor the glass directly to the posts.
Looking to go absolutely buck wild when it comes to making the railings as minimalistic as possible? Nothing is more minimalistic than fascia-mounted glass railings. Fascia-mounted glass railings entail glass panels being screwed directly against the side of whatever ledge or platform needs to be railed. The only metal needed here are the screws and caps needed to secure the panels up against whatever it's mounted against. Keep in mind this is the only style of glass railing where holes need to be drilled into the glass so that the screws can travel through the glass and directly into the side of the platform or ledge that will be supporting the glass.
